GREEN TEA CHEESECAKE RECIPE

Green tea has a light taste, so you can feel the taste of cheese.
INGREDIENTS (FOR 6)]
200g cream cheese70g granulated sugar
1 egg
100cc heavy cream
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons powdered green tea
HOW TO MAKE]
1. Put the room temperature cream cheese in a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth.
*If you are in a hurry, heat the mixture in a 600 W microwave for 40 seconds.
2. Add the sugar, eggs, flour (sifted), green tea powder and cream in that order, mixing well each time
3. Pour the batter into a mould lined with glassine paper until 7-8 and bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°C
4. After you remove it from the heat, refrigerate it overnight. The texture will become moist.
Adjust the amount of green tea to your taste.
